Heating Dynamics repositioned our combi boiler to a different location along a wall, rerouted all the relevant pipework etc under the floorboards to ensure a tidy finish, installed a new flue and other necessary outdoor pipes. He and his team worked extremely hard and made sure the boiler was recommissioned after the install as well as carrying out a thorough inspection and issuing me with a new gas safety certificate. The job took a bit longer than we first anticipated, but JJ made sure the work was done to a high standard and the house was left in a clean and tidy condition once the work was complete. He was a pleasure to deal with, replies promptly to any concerns/questions you have and I have no hesitation in recommending him. I called Heating Dynamics as my boiler had stopped working and I had no heating and hot water. They came out promptly, thoroughly analysed the boiler and advised that a replacement was necessary as it was over 15 years old. They installed a brand new Navien boiler, fitted a filter and a room thermostat, and chemically flushed the entire system to make sure everything was clean and running efficiently. Absolutely delighted with the work carried out in my home today by Heating Dynamics. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or gas engineering needs. My boiler broke down with no heating or hot water. I contacted Heating Dynamics and JJ came out quickly to assess it. He was honest that a repair wasn't cost effective and recommended a new 28kW boiler installation. JJ fitted the boiler, a system filter, and a room thermostat — all to a great standard. Called heating dynamics after my boiler kept losing pressure and needed constant topping up. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue straight away — two leaking valves, a TRV and a lockshield — and replaced both on the same visit.
